Room Charges:
Room charges vary with size and
location of the room, time of year, and duration of stay. Charges
run from $210 and up per night for double room with private bath.
Included are continental breakfast, maid service, parking, color
cable TV, and hi-speed wireless internet access.
Discounts:
Discounts on monthly or extended
stays --- from $2,500 monthly and up. Occupancy Taxes are not
charged on stays of more than 90 days.
Reservations:
Reservations may be made online or
by phone. We accept pre-payment of confirmed reservations by cash,
check or credit card.
Cancellations:
Guaranteed reservations are
non-refundable. Proceeds of all stays at Soundview Manor support the
cause of historic preservation.
Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in between 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.,
Check-out by noontime. Special arrangements to accommodate early or
late arrivals and departures, upon request, at extra charge.
